Radical Acceptance: the “Best Hopes” Question
Chris Iveson explores the way that Solution Focused practitioners choose to trust our clients.
This will be a very interactive workshop for Solution Focused Practitioners in need of a top-up, refresher or wanting to obtain the BRIEF Certificate in Solution Focused Practice (following completion of the Foundation Course (Levels 1 – 3).
If you are like us at BRIEF you will know your stuff but never quite know it enough! In these workshops you will discover that you know more than you thought and have a lifetime ahead to discover even more. If possible we will have live sessions rather than video (though this can’t be guaranteed) and lots of opportunities for you to develop your own practice.
Solution Focused questions have an enormous potential for creating new possibilities and as you will be asked lots of then during the workshop you might well find yourself flying by the end!
Trainers
All courses will be run by one of BRIEF’s founders, Evan George or Chris Iveson, who have world-wide recognition as important leaders in this field. Their book Solution Focused Brief Therapy: 100 Key Points and Techniques (Routledge), now translated into seven languages, is regarded as one of the most useful texts available.
Course materials
Each participant will be given a detailed, practical Manual supporting the course programme and will have access to any other written material used.
